Between the 20th and 24th February EIS sent out an email to all its customers when incidents were closed through the Service Desk, asking customers to vote for their Service Desk Superhero.
EIS received a fantastic response and all of the comments made by our custoemrs were shared with the nominees and their managers.
This year there were two winners, with the same amount of votes. The winners were Claire Wickens from the SIMS Support Team and Gary Wimble from the 1st Line Service Desk Team.
